water pump maybe

Hello to all! I have a 90 ka24e 240sx and i am having weird noises coming from my car. Well when i first start it in the morning its fine. The noise comes once the car has warmed about. Never before. When i give it gas it makes like a crakling, rattling grinding type noise. Only happens when giving it gas. When i am coasting or just idling at a stop it doesnt make the noise. i have checked the water level in the radiator many times and the over flow and everything is where its supposed to be. Even when the car is parked and reving it and warmed tempature its DOESNT make noise. So i have came to the conculsion thats its the water pump. I say the water pump because it only starts after its been warmed up so its a temp thing. My car has not ever over heated the the five years i have had it. Is this a sign that the pump is going out or is it just something else and im missing something. Thanks for the help everyone.

it could be or it has already,the spinder inside the water pump might have came out,and just rattles when u press on the gas, mine came out two hour after i bought it.
