water pump leaking...what do i do

i have a 240sx with a sr20 silvia engine the water pump keeps leaking, ive taken it apart and re-sealed it 4 times and it still is leakingits stressin me out soo much and ideas?? :badhttp://forums.nicoclub.com/static/icons.html#static/icons.html#boy

Most of the time it means the water pump is dead, Replace with new.

Imo once i see a water pump leaking...i dont even bother re-sealing it at all, you're just better off getting a new one.
