water pump fitment on sr20

will a pulsar rnn14 water pump fit a rwd sr? I assume it will, because they have the same engine codes, but im not sure about its physical location due to the difference between the transverse and longitudinal mounting differences.

also, will there be any benefit to the pulsar pump?

any good (cheap) sources for new pumps? courtesyparts had a damn good price but they are out. best ive seen hovers around 80 bucks for a new one (110 for the pulsar)

I doubt that water pump will fit. The S13 and S14 sr20det water pumps are different, altho they share the same engine code. A fwd vs. rwd just seems to cause all kinds of accessory location problems

The rnn14 seems to have a bunch of oddball parts on it for some reason, case in point, head studs are different. S13/14 is like 12mm and rnn14 is like 13mm.
