Water Outlet removal???????

Can someone tell me if I can eliminate this water outlet without it affecting my temperature???
1995 KA24DE set up.

i've had the same question for a while... i want to simplify things and removing that would be nice

already got rid of my heater core and those hoses, but i'm not sure on this one

i'll dig into it, and maybe someone else will know for us!
