Water on my ka24de spark plug #3

k, so i was working on my 91 hatch today with a friend, because we were wondering if one of the pistons wasnt firing since there was a lag in power . We checked the plugs and found water around #3. We got the water out and fired up the engine and it ran GREAT !! i tried starting it again about an hour later, and it felt like it was firing on 3 pistons again and there was the same lag of power. I checked the plugs again and they were all normal, even #3. anybody have any ideas on whats up with it? new plugs maybe?

water for sure? around plug 3? might want to make sure that the boot for the ignition wires are seated at the top of the valve cover and then find the source of the water.
