Okay So Im really really confused as to why the water in my radiator is not flowing. I have a cut thermostat so its open all the time. The water pump should be good. I did just replace three coolant lines behind the intake manifold I don't think I coulda really screwed that up though. I Did remove once piece I did have to rtv on. Im baffled and looking for ideas its weird too the water level keeps randomly dropping :/

Any smoke? Have you checked to see if you have coolant in your oil? Try opening the radaitor cap and start the engine. While standing in front of the car rev the motor and look in the radaitor to make sure you dont see any movement. I say if you still see nothing its prob the pump.

Also why did you cut your thermostat to where its open all the time, thats not very good for the engine.

Oil Is clean. No water mixed in it. I tried opening the cap and reving it looking for movement an waiting for the level to drop since the block lost all its coolant from fixing several lines. I Cut the thermostat cause I had two kragen special thermostats fail on me so I got tired of it and just cut it so I could get the car on the road again and its always ran at a good tempture not too cold an never too hot so I haven't found an issue with it. Just for referance I fixed these three lines an then this happened everything worked fine before that short line leaked and I had to fix it then waterstopped flowing. '

I got the water flowing. Not sure what was wrong but I think it was just posibbly low on water? I flushed it not much came out. I filled it all back up started it and it took a second then the coolant shot down and I filled it all the way up and its all good now. Thanks For The Help though!
