Anyone running it on an rb20? If so what kind of turbo are you running and how did you set up the fuel system. I know a local guy running it for his daily and has it set up so he can arm the system which (increases boost and basicly uses another map adv. ingnition adds little more fuel....) What im getting at is what kind of ecu set up is required for something like that on a nissan.

Maybe Carlh can set it up.

I would imagine dyno runs bigger injectors some kind of standalone piggyback.....$$$$ Any ideas im a honda guy no chrome/turboedit for nissans.

the Aem Kit uses a boost pressure sensor and when you raise the boost psi it will start pumping in alky goodyness, snow performance does this is as well , they are both pregressive sensors

wow... that sounds perfect any RB's running it tho?

Anyone know how well it increases octane rating? If it is 110 and your running 93 what does it come out as. In other words how much can you use in relation to fuel.

does it just lower your cumbustion chamber temp ... so you can run leaner ??? like around 12.5 / 13

No Sir!!!You shouldn't run leaner (To my knowledge)You get lower Intake temps so you can run more timing

i think it lowers combustion temp, and allows you to increase timing, i wouldnt suggest leaning fuel out too much but i am not a tuner, i thought of running alky my self, or nitrous

yes it will lower temps because you are putting in water also the s*** will eat your rings if it was safe everyone would put windshield washer fluid in ther turbo cars

haven't on a RB20, but ran 42psi on a T70 1gen DSM using H20/Meth inj (50/50 mix) street driven with race gas... perhaps one of the most stupid fast cars I've been in.

as for the rings, i knew i guy who ran it for year son his grand national, he said he just threw a lil mystery oil in the crank case and in the fuel and he never had a problem, espically since its a super fine mist thats going in the car not a stream

plus when the meth/h20 gets injected into the intake it turns into steam, so it is safe to run if you have a good tune with it.

I really have hard time seeing it affecting rings.... Cumbustion temp. like 1000C (1832F) intake charge around 90C (194F). Coming out as mist only under high boost then turns off. Ill have to look into that, good tip sounds Horrible if true.

llv sounds amazing!!!

WOW= FICTION.... this one is good Please everyone skim this one below

"Do I need engine management to run this? Yes, 100% absolutely you HAVE TO have, at a minimum, some way of tuning fuel. Because when this sprays you will go INSANELY rich, like 7-1 rich. That is rich enough to be dangerous and can cause bore wash (this is where there is so much fluid in the cyl that it rinses the oil off the cyl walls, and the rings tear themselves and the cyl wall up.)
