I'm having a bit of trouble with the water lines using the greddy manifold.

1. Originally the water return line from the turbo goes into the stock intake manifold. Is it ok to just hook that line up to the heater hose outlet pictured below? Originally that outlet was for the water from the stock throttlebody.

2. Where do you hook up the coolant bleeder valve pictured below. Originally one goes to the throttlebody, one goes to the intake manifold, and the other goes to another heater hose outlet. Now since i'm not hooking up any waterlines to the q45 throttlebody, and since there is no water connection to the manifold, that leaves two empty outlets, where do they go? heater hose outlet

Please help me out so I can finish up my hosing!!!

Are you still using the stock turbo and/or coolent lines for the turbo? If not I would just block off the coolent supplie line from the block. Otherwise you will need to put the coolent back into the system if the turbo is using the coolent lines. One Idea off the top of my head would be a T fitting at the heater core hoses. Just use an expander fitting to get the pipe size to match the heater hose and then T it into that point.

Yeah I am using the stock turbo. One coolant line goes directly to the block. The other goes behind the motor, pictured above. I am just curious if I can connect the water lines wherever its available. I mean I know there is a certain water flow setup in the motor, and I don't want to mess that up by sticking hoses wher the don't originally go...

I wouldn't worrie about messing up the flow. The only flow that really is important is throw the radiator and you arn't going to be going around the thermostate so I don't see any problems doing it by T-ing into the heater core hose.

This is off topic, but what year Q45 throttle bodies can you use?
