i was thinkin of puttin a t25 on the ka just for a lil more kick.the reason i want t25 is cause i want an internal wastegate.my question is,where can i source the water for the turbo.is there a plug in the head i can remove for the inlet?then where can i return it to?for the oil i was gunna tee off the sending unit,is that ok?

and finally, can i run 7 psi (stock boost) on the stock ecu, mafs, injectors, andmotor?any input would be greatly appreciated.

as for the coolent lines on the T25 you are going to want to run them from the coolent line under the TB as shown in this pic :

Look at the SS line going behind the motor....that is the coolent line running to the turbo:

And yes you can tee off the sending unit for you oil feed line.

And as for running stock ecu, mafs, injectors, and motor on 7 PSI......YES and NO

You can run stock ECU but only with a SAFC or another type of air/fuel piggy back system, and you can run stock MAF...but it will only hold up to about 240hp to 260hp and you can run stock motor on 7psi as well

but you will need to upgrade to some SR 370cc injectors.

one other thing that concerned me is the timing.will i still need to retard the timing at only 7 psi?

yeah....a MSD will work just fine.......i'm still not sure if i'm going to get one for my setup and just sell my SFC to buy a tuned ECU, but yeah, a MSD will work.

P.S. for you coolent return......Ill walk you through this...... start up your car and let it run for a few min....then pop your hood, now go look around where your Fuel filter is and there should be a one or two black hoses that run from the motor into the firewall....grab them and see whitch one is hot...........when you find that out....then thats the one you will need to cut into for your coolent return......and your done.
