Water seems to be dripping through the automatic seat belt cover ( the ramp hole that the seat beat moves through) on the passenger side.

I stared at the spot for some time and found out that the water isn't dripping constantly. It seems that a water drop forms, then later a bunch of drops fall...I'm planning on taking apart the plastic cover and using a garden hose to see where the water is coming from.

I checked the area that is covered by some metal guard above and to the side of the window ( see area circled in yellow) on the exterior of the car. I pulled off all the parts including the weather stripping and noticed alot of gunk on the ramp, so i cleaned it off.

Edit: After putting all the stuff back on and testing with a garden hose, more water is getting though... I must have put the weather stripping on wrong or it got stretched or something. Looks like i might have to replace it.

Also while i was removing the plastic covers, I noticed water leaking from the rear passager seat belt cover!!

Sounds like the weather stripping just isn't seated properly. Was it still rubbery and flexable? As long as it's not dryrotted or anything, you should be OK, unless it shrunk/deformed considerably. You have to fiddle with it quite a bit to get it to 'lock' into the various tracks. Take a good look at how the weather-strip and track is shaped, and you should get a good idea how it has to go in. I used a large blunt screwdriver to help lock it in, while sitting in the driver's seat(be carefull not to tear the weatherstrip though!). When done, lightly run your finger over the entire rubber surface: if it's not locked in properly in a spot you'll feel a bump there.

I messed with the stripping some more today, and got a better seal. I tested the seal out by throwing a bucket of water ontop. THere doesn't seem to be aalot of cracks. THe only cracks i saw was on the L shaped area and the two ends

This is the ramp where I found alot of gunk

You have to remove the the rectangular plastic piece on the left side of the door. Then you can slowly remove the weatherstripping. Once the stripping is removed you will see some philips screws. Remove those screws to take out the metal ramp.

I think i solved the issue with water coming in the rear seat belt area. There is some rubber seal that connects to the rear quarter panel window to the hatch. Its visible when the hatch is open. Anyway, there seems to be a gap that is like 5 mm wide and this probably how the water was getting in. I just sealed up the gap with some silicone sealant.
