Water leaking from tube..

I circled the tube I'm referring to, its just open at the end, and points to the ground, and I found water(or so it looks like water) dripping out of it. Is it supposed to just be open or is it supposed to connect to something?

Your picture doesn't have enough contrast to tell for sure, but the area where the drain for the air conditioner is. Any working air conditioner does that, that drain is for the liquid that collects on the cooling coil to drain away.

Yeah, that's your ac drain. It's supposed to leak when your running the ac. Also, you might want to think about moving the hose clamp on your fuel line a little closer to the filter.

ahh ok thanks.

and yea I was smelling fuel when i was driving, i guess the clamp is too far...
