I own a '93 J30, and recently bought an FX45, so the "J" I have parked only drive once a week.

I have had intermittent water leakage thru the Sun-roof at the control console.

Now, I opened it and Mold was growing and the Left-Side Front Passenger carpet under the mat was soaked.

I recall some yrs ago a Mechanic or the Dealer "Cleaned out" the "Water Drains", they explained to me that Infinity had designed in the drains because Sun-Roofs are prone to leak.

Anyhow, anyone know where or how to clear the drains?

Welcome to NICO!!!

The sunroof drainage holes are along the sides to the front of the sunroof. You have to open up your sunroof to access them.

I've used "canned" air (the type for computers) to clean them out. Use gentle blasts. The tubes become fragile over the years.

If I remember right the tubes run down both the a pillers and the c pillers, on both sides.

String trimmer "string" works good too.

^ Yup. Weed whacker filament. Some of it is strong enough you can chuck it up in a battery drill, too. Be careful in using compressed air, as you don't want to blow the tube off the pipe. Despite what your wrench says, most cars with roof holes also have drains built-in. Sunroofs really aren't expected to be water tight.
