Ever find out if that was the case?? I have the same problem and recently relocated my harness up higher and removed the plug...sr20power wrote:Its possible that it could leak there, check the wire loom if its leaking from the firewall?
Do you have a sunroof? If you do, they have 4 drainage hose at each corner of the sunroof. The 2 in front go down the A-pillar to the bottom somewhere...lol possibly could be leaking there. Good luck
I haven't sealed that area yet. but it makes sense.atxzenki wrote:

that would mean re-drying my carpet wonder if there's a way i could lift up that part of my carpet and fold it over.DMan II-40 wrote:Try and check it with a hose. Just spray water on it for a while or until you see water in the interior.
ya thats the same thing that i don't understand. i'll wake up after it has rained and my car has just sat there and there's a puddle on the driver's side floor!! I dunno, but it's been driving me crazy since it's been raining a bit where i am!!E7-S14 wrote:

but then what i don't understand is when i let the car sit overnight i had a puddle in my driver side.
how could that much water get in there when the cars standing still?
either way when i do fix it i wont be able to tell until it rains again.
Word. I just found water in the same exact place that you did! I undid a rubber grommet in the trunk in order to let the water drain out of the trunk. But on the right side of the trunk I will have to take a sponge....ugh.mmaxeyjr wrote:i have a leak in my trunk. idk how to fix it. i tried sealing my tail lights but i think my trunk isnt seating correctly..? Everytime it rains my trunk is damp and there is a puddle of water on the right side of the trunk if you stick your hand to the bottom.
