I just noticed after it rained a bit of water in the headlight but I wasnt sure if thats what it was or if it was just smeared on the outside because i noticed it right before leaving for a trip. I just got back and washed the car today and I noticed the condensation in there again. Its mainly in front of the high beam bulb. Anyone have trouble like this before? What can i do to fix it? Will the water damage anything in there?

You could take out the bulbs and reach in there with a towel attached to a dowel of some sort, wipe it down, and spray the inside with compressed air. Make sure you let it dry completely.

Look at the housing after you remove the unit and have inspected the gaskets on the bulb assembly. I've noticed fissures in the grey plastic casting on mine and sealed them with epoxy.

Maxnix is right, the seam between the glass and the plastic housing has leaks. Try to re-seal them.

compressed air might not work as well as you might expect, as there is a significant amount of water vapour in most compressed air sources. a better remedy, besides sealing with epoxy or rtv, is to open up the housing in the sunlight on a day with low humidity
