Already replaced the trunk seal, glass seal, and quarter window seals. I had to use the plug for the spare tire hole for my rear wiper gasket for now. Water still some how is getting it. Anyone know where else it could come in?

Only place remotely possible is the rear wiper gasket and the window seal. It is kind of hard for water to get inside the panel from anywhere else.

i don't know about the hatch, but for the coupe, bad tail light seals can cause water to get in

I checked that already. Its fine, and besides, how can water get into the hatch's panels from the lights?

lol not quite sure, I've just read about some people who have looked in their trunks to find water, changed the seals, and were good.

Have you tried having a friend spay your car while you're in it, so you can try to find a leak?

Sorry for response time, I have had some more pressing issues about working and such.
Yes, I stripped off the three panels, and had him spray water over the hatch. Water first came from the rear wiper grommet, so I removed my rear wiper, its motor, grommet. I replaced it with a rubber seal that almost perfectly seals it off. Tried again with water spraying, and no water came in. However, recently it did rain, and water was found in my panels again, and I wondered where it would be from this time.
I noticed my lens stop lamp, the black piece attached to the trunk light, has its seals slowly coming apart from the weather here (Houston.... Love or hate the weather.) So that is my choice at this moment. I cannot think of anywhere else, because I have already sealed up my lights more with silicon sealant, although it is white, and I checked my rear window, only other place I can think of that is possible for water to come into the panels of the hatch. Rear window seals were completely fine. I have no clue and it will rain again in one week.
