water in my oil

so i have took my car apart and now it all back together my question it how i am going get all the water out. i did not pull the oil pan i check my head gasket and it was not broken anywhere so i am guess that time chain cover did not seal up right so i have fix it all but i still have water in my oil is it because i did not pull the oil pan

congrats u hve a blown head gasket thers a commeticone and arp head studs on ebay for 150
