i have that annoying water droplets in my foglights anyone know how i can get that out an prevent that from happening

What year? Do they have visible holes or cracks in them?

If not, you can remove them and try to use some silicone on them to seal them up better or you can replace them. I know my 2k2 fogs have a breather tube on them so they are not really sealed anyway.
