Cool...from the last post I made up to this one all the water from my radiator and resever have disappeared. No water on the ground what so ever. Theres no way a puddle that size would dry up quickly today considering it hasnt been the warmest of all evenings. Where the hell is this all disappearing to? I have my guess to where but dont wanna say it so I"m gonna leave it to someone else to help me out...thanks again

HEAD GASKET, check your oil and see if it has that creamy color, very good chance that you are. if it is not leaking it , definitely headgasket.

Sweet. Gotta love it man. Just spent all that money to get my car back on the road (buyin the motor that is) and not even a month later it blows up again. Haha, I got some of the craziest good luck/bad luck goin on. Guess tomorrow I'm gonna have to see what the amount of damage comes out to. Ya'll think there is any chance that the head isnt gonna be warped?

No overheating, just detonated a few times. When it did get to the point of overheating, I put the heater on for a bit and shut the car off.

The heads are pretty tough on these cars. It would have to get REAL hot for it to warp, but I'd still have it check out just in case.

Yeah nothing like doing a head gasket and setting the timing back up, etc, etc... then the freaking thing blows again because something was slightly outta whack. I get my heads milled and cleaned for $40 at a local machine shop through the "buddy deal"... I think the going rate w/ no major problems is $100 or so.. better safe than sorry

Well...car is at the shop today gettin checked over. To get my head milled (if its needed) and compression test will run me about 70-100 dollars. I'ma find out the extent of the damage here in a few days. This is a great thing to happen to me on my springbreak. Totally love sittin at the house all day not doin ****, haha
