i have a s13 hatch ....it used to have a spoiler but in the holes where it was conected it was rusted ....in some places it had rust holes about 2 inches big in diameter... i sanded it and sealed it up with 2 layerss of fiberglass from the inside then 2 on the outside of each hole ...then filled with bondo and glazed and primed...now i thought that wouldkeep the water out but over night the dew for lack of a better word, forms on the inside of the hatch on the window...and then drips into the trunk area ...could that be from using fiberglass instead of metal to patch the holes????im really at a loss here...the weather stripping looks fine theres no holes ...

If you're getting dew inside the window, I'd say it would have to be a sealing problem.
