Not for sure but the first one looks like Racing Hart CX and the 2nd pic looks like Racing Hart CR.

First one looks similar to Volk SF challenge. Never seen the center not painted though. Probably is some RH wheel. R5 pro maybe?

The Volk SF Challenge spokes are narrower than the ones shown in the pic...plus the center hub on the SF Challenge are octagonal.
