I dunno sometimes when i start to make boost then get to full the wastegate opens up then bam it studers and hesitates, doesn't stall but it just doesn't want to go any more. Backfires and and stuff if you give it more gas. Also i get jumping afrs. So times it says its lean then out of nowhere its where it should be at. A fellow local said it could be because the wastegate or exhaust is leaking somewhere before it goes into the turbo. Also anyone know which nipple i should put a vaccum line in form the intake manifold to a Greddy BOV? I have it on the bottom one and it only opens over at certain amount of boost even then i still get compressor surge. I've adjusted it and i get -22 vac so that should all be fine. Either way i just need to solve this hesitation when the wastegate opens.

Its probably an ignition issue. I would check plug gap and go from there.

Put the vacuum line on the top nipple.
