wastegate stuck open

Hey guys having some problems with my swap. Well basically I'm almost done with my swap and finally started the car today and it was horrible. Well basically we narrowed it down to my wategate being stuck open and causing me to build zero boost. There is tons of black smoke coming out of the exhaust and when ever I go over 3000 rpms the engine starts to shake frantically and doesn't want to stay in the higher rpms. I have the following mods: apexi intake, apexi gt cattback exhaust, blitz bov, blitz SS down pipe, electric fans, frount mount intercooler, gutted catt, warlbro fuel pump and some other stuff that isn't that important. My wiring was done by Enjuku Racing. Well basically I'm asking if there is any way possible for me to fix the problem or do I have to get a new wastegate for the turbo? A little side note is we manually closed the wastegate and the car started to run like it was supposed to and idled fine. I didn't run it like that for to long considering there is no control on boost. I also checked for intercooler leaks and couldn't find none. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

having a similar problem with a friends car also i hear turbo fluttering afterwards like it has compressor surge

sounds like its a maf, check if its plugged in.or wired for the correct maf corresponding to ecu, wiring and maf you have in the car.
