if you have a greddy profec B boost controller, does it matter what size spring you use in your wastegate?

for example, the max boost i could run with my profec b with a 6.5 psi spring was 20 psi.Now I have a 14 psi spring and the max boost i can run is 24 psi with my boost controller.That should answer your question.

And you can only run the spring's PSI rating at the lowest.
