Hey guys, I just bought a 240sx with an sr in it. The line from the wastegate is going to the top right vaccum nipple on the throttle body. From what I know its suppose to go to an intercooler pipe, am I correct? Did that guy mess up or is that also normal?

is it a front mount IC or the side mount stock IC? makes a big difference...

thats about the only way you can hook it up unless you know any shops who will weld a tiny little nipple on the IC piping for the vacuum line to go. I think that's the same way my SR vacuum lines are hooked up b/c i have a front mount too. I heard that since the wastegate is getting its signal from the throttle body and not on the hot pipe side that your waste gate will not open up as soon, therefore you get more boost.
