I dont get it but I tried installing an external wastegate with my internal wastegate set up.So I disconnected the internal wastegate.Then I connected the EW to MBC and I ran the car but i got no boost.So then I voided the MBC and connected straight to EW and Turbo compressor and it still didn't boost. Anybody know what im doing wrong. FYI. I haven't connected the exhaust part of EW to my exhaust.I was told I didn't have to and that it would just be really loud.

is the internal gate open? I know my t25 had a hard *** time boosting when my w/g arm was too long.

I dont think so.I disconected the rod from it. Maybe i need to reconnect to make sur it is keeping close???

Just be safe and avoid all hese issues and get the internal wastegate on the turbo welded shut and get a proper manifold that can accompany an external wasteagte and your turbo

If oyu disconnected the rod and didn't secure it, or weld the flange shut then it's open lol. Keep the actuator on it and just don't give vaccum to it.

I kept it on and adjusted the rod so it kept the flap closed and it still didn't boost.Is there any other way to test the EW to see if it works?

weld your flap shut, and then tell us how it goes.
