Hey people...

When porting a wastegate how much seal should be left on the hole?

Also you think a moto tool would be ok for this long as I don’t slip?

Also a few tips of how to go about this process would be good...

Or if Ivan would return an E-Mail I’m sure he could do a better job then I. (How much would this cost?)

Basically the flap has to be blocking the entire hole.

As long as it's blocking it you are safe. Overcut it and you'll stand to loose a tad bit of exhaust out the hole.
