wastegate inners

i took apart my "fake" tial external wastegate today to change to a softer spring and when i took off the cover of the spring, the rubber balloon looking thing over the valve got spun around and came out a little bit. this is my first time dealing with this im not sure if its ok to just stuff it back in and let the pressure reset the rubber balloon thing once i put it back on. let me know

The rubber thing is the diaphram (the thing that makes it work). Make sure it goes back in properly and while you're in there, loc-tite EVERYTHING!
