how do you check or adjust your wastegate?

this is how to check if your wastegate is actuating... take the hose that goes from the intake to the wastegate and unplug it from the intake hose. use compressed air with an air gun or whatever on the hose and blow it into the wastegate, it should move to represent having boost on it... if it doesnt move then there are problems, hope this helps...
