hey ive already emailed wd but wanted to put it on here too so here is the questions...

im in the middle of turboing my ka and i have a few questions. i got a 35 mm tial wastegate and it has two nipples on it, one on top and one on the side. can you tell me what plugs into each of them. i know a line from the compressor side of the turbo has to be routed to one of these but i dont know which one.

Another thing about the wastegate is that im not sure how to adjust boost. the stock spring was a 8 lb min setting so i ordered one that brings it down to 4 lb, how do i adjust it on the wastegate itself now?

Also i got a downpipe from someone off zilvia.net and i think its a fmax thermo coated one. i have a t3 garret turbo but the size of the bolt patterns are not the same. my turbo exhaust housing is a little bit larger that the dp bolt pattern. do they make a conversion piece for it or do i have to get a whole new dp? where do i get one that would fit?

You need to hook up the boost signal to the side port.

To change the spring, you would open the wastegate to access the old spring and put in the new one.

As far as the downpipe, you will probably need to buy the correct flange and have the old flange removed from the downpipe and have the new one welded on.

Which is a good reason to build a kit around a currently supported turbo assembly.
