Washers for rear caliper for akebonos?

I was wondering if the rear caliper for akebonos are supposed to have a washer because I bought new ones that did not come with them, but now I’m looking at the service manual and it looks like they have washers. I’m converting from base to akebono brakes on my g37x coupe so I have nothing to reference.
