Windshield washer not operating.
Is there a separate fuse for the pump because wipers work fine. Nothing specific noted in fuse box.

Where is pump located? What needs to come off to the pump to replace it.

The washer is on the same fuse as the wiper. There's not much description of it in the factory service manual that I can find, but it's around EL-115. There are some control modules involved that could be your problem too, so I wouldn't assume that it's the pump without more testing.
