Washer fluid not spraying

Car: 08 black altima coupe 3.5 SE fully loaded, every option, except factory spoiler.

Replaced the pump, replaced the fuses, interior stalk works.
I'm guessing it's something along the wiring harness.

I don't have a volt meter on me otherwise I'd check it.
Any insight helpfull
