Unless some one is giving me money or parts for my car their sticker(s) is(are not) not going on my ride. I am not a big "sticker on car" fan. As much as I enjoy this forum, no stickers for me.

I dont mind a sticker or 2 if it tasteful, the NICO sticker would be my 2nd, my first is a american flag on my hood, to show my support.

The standard NICO sticker is small and tasful and generally PPL are thankful to have one.And I think this community is much more important than a car part.

So if someone buys you parts for your car, you'll slap their sticker on?

I'll bet you've saved more money from what you've learned here than ANY "free parts" you'll ever see....

That's cool though - To each his own.

You are correct on both counts the sticker is tastefull and this community is more important than a car part, I am just a little anal retentive so I have issues with attaching things to my car, be it on the body or windows. I was thinking after I get my car painted I might put a sticker on the front windshield that will look like its etched into the glass, NICO(sticker) of course

I'd whore myself out to NICO in the form of a sticker, anytime. Its the only reason I still own a Q.

Repoman has something just like that.

They are pretty nice + spendy to make,so they arent free ($8) but still good deal.

Next thing you're gonna tell me is sodomy isn't legal there too!

they are technically legal, but a state law was passed by the legislature last year makes it almost impossible to have a legal plate frame.

cut and paste from news:DPS Trooper John Sampa explained, "If a bracket or some type of device obstructs the visibility of the license plate, meaning that it touches the letters, touches the numbers or alters the design of the plate, that gives an officer probable cause to make a traffic stop."

According to Trooper Sampa, legal license plates should have "nothing that's obscuring the letters, the numbers or the design of the plate. It may look ugly, but in the state of Texas, it's legal."

I have my NICO stickers on my little tiny windows on the rear of my Q....

That sticker alone should make the car (especailly a Q) worth a LOT more......
