ok this is what i used... i dunno if you can get same stuff as i got but it gives you an idea:
1) Wood - 3/4" MDF (to make rings for speakers)
2) Spandex material - the stretchiest stuff you can find (really stretchy stuff to stretch around rings and make the shape of the enclosure)
3) Hot Glue (to glue together rings/supports, and gluing the spandex in place)
4) 6 oz fibreglass cloth (2 yards is plenty... cut in strips and overlap for strength)
5) 1L jug of FT-150 Fibreglass Resin
6) 50mL of Resin Catalyst (mixes with resin to allow resin to harden...)
7) Foam rollers and cheap paint brushes (to apply resin)
8) disposable masks and rubber gloves (for sanding and applying fibreglass/bondo)
9) 1 Gallon of Rage Gold Bondo and plastic spreaders (Rage is the best stuff to use)
10) 60 grit heavy duty sand paper and some 120 and 400 for finishing (3M stuff is pretty good)
11) Base Primer with scratch filler (4-5 layers is needed for decent prep surface, so buy as many as you'd need)
12) Automotive SprayPaint of your choice (I used Factory Nissan Charcoal, cause that's the same color as my car)
13) Clear coat (need a good 4+ layers to make it look decent... i did 6 and it's really nice and shiny)
14) Interior Automotive vinyl (buy at any fabric store... i got the cheapest stuff i could get)
15) ProBond contact cement (you can use spray too...again, 3M is pretty good)
16) Hair dryer to heat up vinyl for stretching
there! that's everything i used... i didn't list the tools but common sense would tell you which ones to use... i listed off all the materials i used in order of which they were used... i'd have to write a frickin book to explain how i did everything in detail, so just go with the flow.. i had never done any bodywork whatsoever before this project, it was ALL a learning experience... if i can do it, you can do it... but prolly not as good as me :pface
