Hi everyone. I just recently picked up a 2012 M56 sport. Im looking to add a sub and amp. Does anyone know if adding a H/O Alternator will have any effect on my warranty? Thanks in advance.

It would probably give Infiniti an excuse to deny your warranty if it ever had an electric related problem :/ But it also depends on what dealer you go to. I know most east coast area dealers have somewhat bad service and try and get everything they can from you, and it is also like that at some places on the west coast too. But some places (mostly on the west coast area) are really good and wouldnt give you any trouble for putting something like that in (Scottsdale Infiniti, Riverside Infiniti).

Probably not, the dealership might need to send those back to Infiniti...depends on how much business that dealership does for them. I big dealership doing many $1000's in repairs probably will trash them, sometimes they will take a digital pic and trash them....but never hurts to ask.
