warranty help....

So i need to take my car in and get the transmission looked at. for the past week i've been hear a sound like a s/c coming for my car. the thing is when i have my clutch petal pressed all the way in the sound goes away. but then when i release it, the sound come back in. also when in gear i can hear it. it's really loud from 1-3k rpm. so my question is should i remove the mods i have on the car. i have a fujita SRI and a grounding kit. i want to make sure i go to the dealership with these on and void my warranty.

I don't believe the grounding kit will void your warranty, but the intake might. Someone else should chime in here.

The Z has a very noisy clutch -- with the clutch engaged (that's pedal UP, not down) and the car in neutral, it rattles pretty good. Is that the sound that you're hearing?

Whatever it is, you shouldn't be hearing it with the car in gear.

My z does the same thing i believe that its your throw out bearing. The way the warrenty works is if the mod comes before the engine it can void it like intake, and forced induction. Things like exhaust doesnt.
