"Brake", "VDC OFF" and "SLIP" lights are on intermitently (all at once). It started Tuesday morning, Tuesday evening the battery had to be replaced. It seems to only be happening in the mornings after I've driven a few miles, on the way home in the afternoon, no problems. I don't know if the battery issue is related; it was the original battery and the car started several time earlier in the day, until it didn't...Any ideas?

check alternator output, and quickly before it destroys your new battery.

They did that when we they changed the battery, but I will probably have it checked again tomorrow.

Check the brake fluid level. I posted this problem in another section here and a tech suggested that it could be a low level. My level was just above the "Min" mark, I topped it off and haven't had a problem since. I think the battery issue was a coincidence.
