I guess I won't be taking the racingline bar then...legend_217 wrote:I went to my shop this morning to install my coilovers. Somehow they can't tighten one of 3 bolts of front coilover because the strut bar's bracket is too thick. The bolt just can't get over it. BTW, I'm selling my Eibach pro kit for $100 obo box included (5000 miles), Racingline strut bar for $60 FIRM ( only use for less then 2 months). I prefer local pickup or you'll pay for the shipping.
no, we will sacrifice chassis rigidity for the drop and improved ride. not body roll. for body roll the big RSB and stock FSB are thererjdmmfl1 wrote:so you guys will sacrifice having increased body roll for a slightly lower drop?

Racingline wrote:My assumption is that the inward most stud on the coilover is not long enough to accomidate the riser on the strut bar..... It's actually a very easy fix.
(A) knock out the stud on the coilover plate ( it will just press out in a vise) and replace with a longer stud --available at a fastener store ( HD SUPPLY or the like, not home depot-----Called a serrated bolt)or(B) knock out the stud and replace with a longer standard bolt and lock nut from home depot... 10 Minute fix

I will post this in the "for sale thread" with prices...
uuhhh yeah, body roll comes from front and rear chasis instability.. the rear sway bar imrpoves that for the rear, but the front will still roll a bit... but enjoy anyway!mcheddadi wrote:
