Cold start the motor fires right up.. if i drive for like 20 min let it sit for a while it wont start, it will just bogg nd i have to keep giving it gas to stay on.. if im lucky it will stop nd run again.. sometimes it just turns off and wont even start back up.. ive changed the coolant temp sensor, injectors, and fuel pressure regulator.. no solution

when i disconnect the fuel line from the fuel filter and the pressure is released it will crank for a lil then start up fine.. if that helps any

If someone has any ideas please lemme know.. thanks

vaccum leak or coolant temp sensor. Same thing happened to me, I replaced the sensor and its fine. I cleaned the stock one first and it worked for a few weeks.

Hey guys, first post here. As of today I have been having the same problem. I also had an air bubble in my cooling system. I flushed the coolant system and got the air bubble out but haven't had a chance to start it warm yet. Could the air bubble have caused my problem? Where is the CTS located on the car?

Sorry for the newb questions.

I guess there isn't much traffic in the ka thread today. But anyways, I diagnosed and fixed my car and thought it might help the OP and anybody else with the same problem.

Mine was having the same warm start issues. I bled and flushed the coolant system to get the air bubble out and it has started fine ever since then. The air pocket must have been trapped around the coolant temp sensor causing it not to read properly.

So before you guys replace your sensors make sure you don't have an air pocket in the system.
