wants to die after start up

so i have a ka24e. i had to smog last month so i used that guaranted to pass smog fuel cleaner stuff. after i used that to past, my car has been wanting to stall after start up. i would start it. rpm goes up past 1000. drops to round 900 after. then in like 5 sec it would drop all the way down to like 400 and slowly crawl back to 900. when the engine warms up it idle at like 750 and doesnt want to stall at all. but for some reason this only happens at start up. put a new fuel filter, air filter, and cleand iacv in 2010. for record i pasted smog so no cel. just wondering if anyone out there has expierence this. oh...car starts up right away as well

It is probably time for a fuel system clean. I'd check your canister and fuel pump/sock at the gas tank.
