Hello I've been falling in love with the new Altima Coupe and I really want to trade in my car for it. Just a few questions though?

Are dealers over charging for it? Is there a certain option I should want? How is the 170 HP compared to the 270? Is it FWD or RWD? IF FWD how is the torque steer on the 270?

The car I have now is a 2006 WRX which puts about 285HP and 350 torque. It is modded. I'm just so sick of kiddies wanting to race me, and I can't afford a G35. This looks just as good and the 170HP version is looking good to me.

I don't think I will need the 270hp V6 since we have a 2006 350z in the house and I get to drive it sometime.

I'm just so sick of kids trying to race me, and half the time they go through such lengths to that they almost crash into me.

I really want this car, and I'm prob going to trade my WRX in for it. I just hope they aren't overcharging for it. Thanks.

Also I REALLLY don't want to get a manual because I hate stop and go. But if it will be cheaper then I prob would get it.

How is the clutch? Is it as light as a 350z? Because that clutch is so freaking light I can drive it barefooted. My clutch on the other hand is rock hard. My sister has a hard time pushing it in. I would prefer a hard clutch to a light one, because I would have more control. Thanks.

Hello there I am Fleet Manager for Power Nissan of Tempe. My name is Chris, We are charging mostly MSRP for it but there are ways I can get you a discount. I go through Costco to get my customers discounts. As far as the torque steer goes on the 270 hp motor, nissan specifically worked on that for this vehicle due to the torque steer in the 2006 model! The 170hp motor is definitly powerful i say 8 out of 10 customers are more than happy with it...

The coupe is FWD, but torque steer on the 3.5 is pretty much non-existent. Personally, I prefer the 6mt to the cvt. The clutch isn't stiff (not really a performance clutch) and it grabs a bit different than in most cars—very quickly and at the bottom. Very easy to work though. Most cars won't come with a hard performance clutch, but you could always put one in

I don't know if it's different in the states, but here you can't get any options in the 2.5 without the cvt (and in typical Nissan fashion, the basic stereo is a piece of garbage). You can however on the 3.5.
