wanting to swap my Ga16 for a SR one quesion tho

ok i currently have a 1994 nissan sentra xe wit the standard 1.6 and am looking to up grade it to the SR20...now my question what would be the best to put in the car i own now the SR20DE, SR20 DE-T or the SR20VE? and since im chaging the motors lets say the E is the best even tho im unsure could u help me with what i would need to change it. Thanks alot i looked at some threads but i didnt see exactly wat i was looking for so dont hit me wi the the look at the other threads. Im also new to the whole engine swap thing and thats why i would like to kno

oh and one more thing where would be the cheapest place to find the motor i found a few places that were bout the same price any help of this would be very help ful to me also thanks again!

Everything you need to know.

"What's best" is a matter of opinion. It all depends on what you want. If you want balls-to-the-wall performance value, go with a DET. If you want high-revving and high horsepower without the turbo and the associated extra maintenance, go with the VE. If you just want an upgrade, get a JDM DE and put bolt-ons on it and you'll have a good time.
