I have a stock sr20det. It has roughly 150000 miles on it. I like to drag race and I have a hx35 turbo to replace the stock turbo. What would be some recommendations for upgrades to the internals? Would appreciate helpful advice. Thanks!

There's a lot of quality internals out there you can purchase. The big question you need to ask yourself is "what are my power goals." A stock SR can usually handle up to 400 HP (granted age and use will have lowered that thresh hold in your case), but if you're not planning on going over that mark, stock internals are a safe bet.

When it comes time to decide on what internals to upgrade to, just pick some of the more reputable names out there. Mahle, Wiseco, JE.

You might want to consider reading up on this thread as there's some really good discussion on hx35s.

Good luck!

Thank you very much for your advice! I'm wanting to run mid 11s so I'm thinking around 400 to 450.
