I have a 95 Q45 that I'm in the process of fixing-up.

I've purchased 300zx turbo calipers..

I'm looking for some good solid advice on lowering the Q45 with 300ZXparts.

I've read the VIP and the Q45 forums.... still not clear on what works the best.

Brands KYB,Tokico etc...

I also want to run 350Z disc brake and I was thinking 18" or 19" wheels.

If I could get the Q45 Experts to put there $.02 cents in...

I'd greatly appreciate it.

Want to do something soon, while I have the $$$

thx,

Have you searched for Japino's threads? He has thread with all the parts listed and what to do.

Make sure you get a 300zx brake master cylinder if you do the 300zx brake upgrade. The Q bmc can't handle the upgrade well.

19s are pushin it with g50s IMO. You'd have to be really, really low to pull it off right.

.. but they don't ride as low as 18s.

I still have those parts.

But I will probably keep the trunk since the car will be goin gin for paint in 2 weeks. And I'll be out of the country for a month.

How are the road conditions where you are? Lots of speed bumps? Ever though about going to AIR? The 300zx stuff looks good. And corners well, but once your low... your low. And the ride is relatively stiff compared to the stock Q.
