wanting some advise

I was wanting to know what you guys think of this. i have a basemodel 93 240sx fastback 5sp. there is a guy that is wanting to trade me a 95 240 se auto for my car. the only reason i'm thinking about trading is because my car needs quite a bit of body work about 1200 dollars worth. the 95 needs struts but so does mine. i would just like to hear your guys input.

SE = 5 lugs, much easier to get wheels ^_^
