its a simple one made by microsoft just look up "microsoft gif animator" lol i couldn't beleave it untill i installed it

free and the most simplest gif animator you could use. lol. You pick pictures pick your FPS and bam your done lol

How many images make up that animation? Looks like only 2 or 4, but it seems pretty good.

the sound is playing in the html of the website. The gif itself is only 2 pictures. I just took the pictures right so it looks right I hate the new fireworks it sux for text graphics. its teh gay.
