So basically you have a fuel delivery problem correct?

1. Fuel tank full?2. Fuel pump prime when key turned?3. Do you know what you have as fa as fuel pressure?4. Fuel feed/return lines on backwards?

What I would do while you are waiting for a reply on here, is go out and test some things. First off, when you turn the key to "ON" position, can you hear the fuel pump prime? If no, check wiring/pump. If yes, then turn off key, take fuel line off (the line with filter on it) and place in a coke bottle or something. Have someone turn the key back on and see if a steady amount of fuel comes out with a good bit of pressure. If not, check fuel filter. If it does come out, you may have fuel rail/injector problems. Also make sure it's not super old stale fuel.

After you do that, let me know what happens. This might fix your problem and save you from paying someone a load of cash.

yeah the fuel pump comes on i just installed a new 255lhp i think i have the right amount of power going to my injectors .... my mulitmeter said .86v to all my injector . fuel lines are on correct . dunno what my fuel pressure my stuff is still on order from summit .. and yeah it primes when turned on .. now on my relays seems like there was a problem but not sure relay 1

orange wire 12vwhite/black 12vwhite/black 12vblack white-ground

relay 2

orange wire 12vwhite/black-ground i think white 12vwhite/purple-0

i dunno what would cause that ... maybe they screwed my harness?

Hmmmm, not sure whats up now. A little off topic, could you give me the link to the fuel pressure gauge you got from Summit? (Assuming that's what you got from them.)

Thanks for the link. It sucks to hear you are having so much trouble but in a way it's relieving. I don't feel like a minority now. My car is about ready to be rolled off a cliff. BTW..Who did your harness?

I had a local shop out here called neotechimports do it they are a very reputable shop maybe i got a bad harness or something ... i think ima drop my car off and see if they cant get it going .. im tired of the headache I paid 300 to have the harness done and let it be a plug and play but no ... had to be a *****....

also im pretty sure the gas is old but would that cause it not to start at all ?

with injector plug off you should have 12V to one wire. when you turn over the engine or remove the CAS and turn it by hand you should hear the injector click... for more help call 951-304-9300 or Call Nick at NEO TECH if he did the harness...

no the problem was never solved yet but a buddy of mine with an sr20 is having the same problem also had his harness done at the shop his car is at the shop right now so maybe we can find out soon im just gonna finish up the little stuff i have left and take it over to neotech then

Could you not understand the help i was giving you. What makes you think that .86 volts is enough when everthing in your car runs off of 12 volts? I also gave you a site for a service manual. You should have been able to fix your wiring with that.

yeah i know .86 is not enough but im no wiring expert plus i talked to the guys at neotech and Nick said it would be no charge if its a problem with the harness so i dont wanna go tearing into it snd try to take it back to them and its all cut open and looks like a hack job so i'll wait get everything fully together and bring the old 240 over to the shop

I must have over looked where you said you paid someone to do you wiring allready. I would take it back to him then.

did you get the harness and motor as a set? if you did then im pretty sure that the harness and motor should be out of the same car... unless you bought the motor and harness separately

the cefiro does not come with a factory bov and a skyline does.. unless you get the inlet piping from a skyline and put it on the cefiro motor

Yeah I got the harness with the swap silver top has the bov on top cost 950 for the swap 300 for the harness to get done . still wont go still being a pain lol
