Ebay. But unless youre just really hard set on the Spec-v wheels check out what www.discounttire.com has to offer. I bought my wheels and Nittos for just under 600 bucks. Thats mounted, balanced and shipped with locking lugs.
I got the 16" x 7" MB Seven X wheels. black with polished lip.

I know a guy in the nashville/mid tn area that has some OEM 4 lug spec v wheels (b15 sentra) they have been painted black.
