wanted: ca18det shop manuals

hey i am posting this here because its directly related to our engines. i nkow some you dont live in the us and have access to teh ca18 shop manuals. does anyone have one for sale or can get one for me? willing to pay a premium price for it. thanks alot

read Japanese do ya? You would need to! I have both the Silvia and CA18 manuals and I can read the numbers, that's about it.

Ha, im lucky my friends are taking Japnese class, i should take it next year, with spanish, god that would be tough

i thought in australia they had english mauals. hmmmmmmmm now what. are the specs from the us pulsar engine the same? i'm going to be changing the headgasket and cams soon and need the torque specs.

don't know about the aussies, I am in Japan. They have translated the Skyline manuals, maybe they have done the same with the Silvia.

They have printed manuals for the skylines and for the CA18 and SR20. I thought I told you earlier that I could get you one if you really wanted it. =P

daunt i need one, how much for a Ca18det, i have a online FSM but its not the same as having a book in front of you have to go inside and print up the section your working on only to find you have to cross reference to another section, which is inside on the Cd its a pain in tha as s

Ok, I got the whole manual for the sx180 ( same as the 240SX in northamerica), I downloaded it to yahoo briefcase into small peices, but here what you have to do in order to view it.

go to http://briefcase.yahoo.com/

Yahoo ID = nissanca18detyahoo Password = nissan

you should have 18 files plus the EXE file, download all the files to your PC including the EXE file, when you download all of them, double click the EXE file and it will generate a pdf 26MB file which is the 180SX( same as the 240SX in northamerica) shop manual.

Please don't delete any files from the yahoo briefcase, that way every one that needs it, can get a copy of it.

AND YES IT IS IN ENGLISH

some guy had cd's on ebay for $39. i dont know if they are the same as what you have, but he claimed they covered all three chassis', and both the ca and sr. it said they where actual nissan manuals, complete and translated to english.

yeah this is an actuall FSM from nissan it covers everything about the 89-90 180sx they do allso have the SR version and all can be had for free if you just look alittle they are all the same ****y photo copied version. i checked around!!!!
