Want to weld my frame need some help got questions

Oh hey, yeah, i wanna weld my frame, get rid of that .................. gummy rubber stuff they use to join the frame, i heard that welding the frame makes it really stiff and strong and rigid, but i dont know exactly how far to weld, like i dont know all the places i need to weld, any one have a good link, or have done it before, and know what needs to be done, any good tips?
